The next step for them that they should check the customer engagement check to evaluate, test and monitor it, therefore the company are able to build the brand awareness and rise customer satisfactions. While, according to the checklist for the B&W, it is consider a good website with attractiveness pages, the reality of the company is still stay in some threatens. The actual presence of the company with less updata recently year on videos and other channels. The lattest video is showing updated in 2012, even though the website already have this year trends. Beside the website, the company need to make the comprehensive advertising channels to improve profitability.

 

Over half of customers have purchased accessories online las 12 month (Mintel 2014 B), hence, it is essential for a company put more effort about their website to fulfil the space of sales.
